We welcome David Bowles, who is in his second year of training for ordination, as Student Reader at Saint Bartholomew’s. David is married with two young children and he works in the finance department of an advertising company. His home parish is Saint Brigid’s in Stillorgan, but since moving house he has been worshipping in Rathmichael parish. Even though the student placements from the college are now considerably shorter (6 to 8 weeks as compared with 6 months!) it is hoped that we will still get an opportunity to know him and encourage him in his ministerial formation.
