The Book is Published!

We did it!  At long, long last, we have finally published Kenneth Milne’s long awaited Saint Bartholomew’s: A History of the Dublin Parish, which also includes a superbly thorough chapter by Alistair Rowan on the church’s art and architecture.

We are so pleased with the final product—from the content to the full colour photos to the quality of the printing by Hinds (not to mention that new book smell!), we are so excited to finally have this publication ready.  It has been a long time coming, and we thank you most sincerely for your patience as this project evolved (and was delayed, and then evolved further, and then was delayed again…!).

If you have not yet purchased a copy of the book, you are welcome to buy one after services or during normal office hours (Monday-Friday, 10:30-3:30).  The cost is €30, which may be paid by cash, cheque (made out to Saint Bartholomew’s Church), or bank transfer.

For those who pre-ordered a copy but have not yet collected it, please call into the parish office during the week.  If you want your book in time for Christmas, it must be collected by this Friday!
